This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Privacy Display, developed by Vestal STUDIO (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The service is provided as an Ad Supported service, and is provided “AS IS”. By using the Application, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and continued usage constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Definitions
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to Privacy Display, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Vestal STUDIO.
Country refers to: Vietnam
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a feature interaction, voice translation session, image translation session).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application acquires the information you supply when you download and use the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory unless you choose to create an account for synchronization, backup, or premium features.
User-Provided Information may include, but is not limited to:
- Privacy filter preferences, such as blur intensity, viewing angle settings, overlay opacity, color themes, or activation modes.
- User interactions with screen privacy features and customization settings.
- Feedback, inquiries, or communications submitted via the Application.
- Subscription or premium service information if you enroll in paid features (e.g., advanced privacy filters or ad-free experience).
The Application uses this information solely to provide screen privacy functionality, including overlay display, blur effects, viewing-angle protection, and interface customization.
The Application may request permission to display overlays over other applications in order to provide privacy protection effects on top of the device screen. This permission is used exclusively for screen filtering and privacy-related visual effects.
The Application does not capture, record, transmit, or store the actual content displayed on your screen.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- Device information, such as device identifier, device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and application version.
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID) and analytics-related identifiers.
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP address (coarse location only, for analytics and service optimization purposes).
- Application usage data, including session start and end times, features used (such as overlay activation, blur adjustment, privacy angle settings, or theme customization), frequency of usage, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- Overlay-related technical events, such as overlay activation status, filter rendering performance, and display compatibility information.
This automatically collected information is used to improve application performance, monitor system reliability, diagnose technical issues, provide analytics, support advertising (if applicable), and enhance overall user experience.
The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location information. Only coarse location data derived from IP address may be collected for analytics and service optimization purposes.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only aggregated and anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and related services. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.
Please note that the Application integrates third-party services (AI model providers, analytics frameworks, ad networks) that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data. Below are examples of third-party services used by the Application:

These third-party services may collect, process, or store your information independently of the Service Provider; we do not control their data practices beyond the terms of this Policy.
Disclosure of User Provided and Automatically Collected Information
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Subscription, Premium Services and Advanced Features
If you subscribe to premium features within the Application (for example HD image generation, unlimited generations, exclusive styles, ad-free version), the Service Provider may collect and process additional information to manage your subscription, including:
Payment or transaction status (processed securely by Google Play or Apple App Store; the Service Provider does not store full payment credentials).
Subscription start, renewal and expiration dates, usage history of premium features.
Usage logs for AI models or advanced generation modes for service quality and license enforcement.
All subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the services, ensure compliance with store policies, and fulfill legal obligations. You may contact the Service Provider at vestalcompanylimited@gmail.com to manage, cancel or request deletion of subscription-related data.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained for up to 24 months, and thereafter may be stored in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes only.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application (including prompts, styles, or images submitted for generation), please contact them at vestalcompanylimited@gmail.com, and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some or all of the User-Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly (for example generation history or advanced model downloads).
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this information from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at vestalcompanylimited@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application.
Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Transmission of information over the internet is at your own risk.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and the revised “Last updated” date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of all changes.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider’s processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing” means using cookies on a computer/hand-held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
Consent also includes processing related to AI image generation, prompts, uploaded content, premium features, analytics and third-party integrated services.
